Gift Card Information

Ordering a Gift Card

Foot Locker Canada Gift Cards are available in any amount from $10.00 to $250.00. You can order your Gift Card at Foot Locker Canada or by phone at 1-800-479-6674. Gift Cards can be sent either by Standard delivery, 4-5 Business Days, 3 Business Days, 2 Business Days, 1 Business Day or via email (email Gift Card).

Email Gift Cards will be delivered in approximately 24 hours or less (Monday-Friday) after we receive payment verification. Email Gift Cards have no shipping or handling fees.

Gift Cards can be personalized with the following information:

  • Recipient's name
  • Sender's name
  • Special Message

Coupon/discount codes may not be used to purchase a Gift Card unless specified.

Gift Cards, Email Gift Cards, or Gift Certificates may be applied toward any purchase online at footlocker.ca, in-store, by phone, or by mail.

Redeeming a Gift Card

In-Store Redemption:
You can also redeem your Gift Card in any Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker in Canada
Note: Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards purchased on Footlocker.ca cannot be used on Footlocker.com or in our USA stores.

 

How to redeem your Foot Locker Canada Gift Card online or over the phone:

  • To redeem a Gift Card, use the 16-digit number and the PIN provided in the Email OR on the back of your Gift Card under the scratch-off foil.
  • Coupon/discount codes may be used when redeeming a Gift Card.
  • Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another Gift Card unless required by law.
  • Submit your order.
  • After your order has been placed, an email confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please keep this email for reference, as it lists your customer number that identifies your account.

**Our Gift Card program has changed as of October 2005.

  • The new Gift Cards have a scratch-off PIN on the back of the card. If you have an older Card version without a PIN, those cards can only be used In-Store.
  • The new cards will retain the balance if the entire amount is not spent on one purchase for next time you shop!
  • If you have the older paper Certificate or Email Certificate, please note that it is a 9-digit number and 6-digit PIN and can only be used for Online, Phone and Mail orders, but cannot be used for In-Store purchases.
  • If you are using the older version of our Gift Certificate , which is a 9-digit card number and a 6-digit PIN number, you must redeem the certificate in full to place your order online. If you would like to redeem only a portion of an older card, or if you have any additional questions, please contact our Customer Service Department.
